Ayesha currently runs a resume and career coaching service from home while being a full-time mother to baby Grace. She has a weekly radio show of 2Bob Community Radio where she is also a Director on the Board of Management.

Ayesha recently founded - Manning Healing - a community directory of natural therapies and healers in the Manning Valley region. She is also involved in the Manning Net, a local women's group, and has been a guest speaker. Ayesha manages the website for the Manning Net that provides event details and other information to women in the local area.
