I plan for a month – online shop and weekly ‘fresh food’ – making it SIMPLE and not time consuming

Hi Rachel Allan, I always go for paleo snacks when it comes to healthy kids snacks. They are gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free. They can include things that look familiar to kids too! Like muffins, biscuits, bliss balls, gummies and of course fruit and veggies with dips like yoghurt or hommus. I have a platter that I chop fruit and veg onto for after school. It’s not always what they say they feel like but between coming home from school and bedtime it usually disappears when they walk past and grab a handful of carrot sticks or a bunch of grapes 🙂
